It depends on the detail. Mike brings his own gear when he can, but some jobs go easier using your outside water tap or an outlet. We will go over exactly what is needed when you book, so there are no surprises on the day. And if we do use yours, we always ask first.

We monitor the forecast and will contact you 24 hours ahead if conditions look bad. We can complete interior work in light rain, but a proper exterior hand wash needs dry conditions. We always reschedule at no cost, no cancellation fees, ever.
